A rare meeting in time and place. I have taken the photograph at the screening of “Radical Dreamer: Werner Herzog” in February 2024 in Toronto. Imagining the possibilities outside the current oppressive status quo has never been so critical for building democratic futures. The documentary Radical Dreamer is inspiring in this regard, too – not to mention the film's invitation to the joys of reading against the grain and swimming upstream against the flow, to explore the causes-of-causes in life.
