Also attending #TiM2025? 👯
Then meet our
@nfdi4bioimage Data Stewardship Team while networking and exchanging ideas about #RDM with Guillaume Gay from France BioImaging.
We can't wait to also discussing ideas with you about research data management over the next few days! 🎉
Happy to provide a #TIM2025 Workshop (#54) together with Dr. Peter Hemmerich, from the CF Imaging of the @LeibnizFLI
on image Quality Control, restoration, deconvolution, denoising, and analysis of confocal and STED data. #microscopy #science
@eLife I would not say X still qualifies as a "vibrant community"
📅 Today is the last day to apply for the 3rd AI4Life Open Call! Don't miss out on this chance to improve your bioimage analysis workflows with deep learning support.

Ok I do take offense to this one
Announcing: BIDS Validator 2.0
This is a complete rewrite to base the validator on the declarative BIDS schema. Most importantly, this validator boasts long-awaited support for BIDS Derivative datasets.
Are #Python folks I know (especially in the scientific computing area) using rootutils?
Excellent resource to choose the correct repository to publish your #BioImage #data
in #EOSC and elsewhere:

Are you interested in research, but tired of having to hop from grant to grant, and working alone on a very specific thing? Do you want to improve research processes and help others succeed?
Perhaps a different type of role in research is your thing! In this blogpost we (@bjorn , Lora Armstrong) describe how you could get started as a Data Steward in the Dutch research context: https://openworking.wordpress.com/2024/08/27/from-researcher-to-data-steward-how-to-get-started/
