Attempting to add EV charging stations to #OSM, I found a station with 2 sockets (Type 1). But, the delivered voltage drops in half if 2 vehicles charge simultaneously. How should this data be coded?
Does [socket:type1:output=6 kW;3 kW] make sense?

Tried to emulate a #Clerks moment at the local "convenience" store but with EV watts not weeds.
TIL: The #OpenStreetMap website now supports you adding links to your socials in your OSM profile page! 👏😁😁😁
Add them via your OSM profile under “Social Links”

do you hate linkedin and want other options for your job search?
- cord.co: UK/US jobs
- welcometothejungle.com: FR/CAN jobs for french speakers, might see one or two in english, maybe
- xing.com: DE/AUT/CH jobs, mostly for german speakers, might catch one or two in english, maybe
linkedin is going nowhere
Double all nighters at the #Bengies drive in theatre. 4 for the price if 1 movie.

@panoramax done.
@Popolon Testing is underway. Inertia (staying on a solution that works) is strong.

In my first #Feasibility testing, it is 1 for #Mapillary and 0 for #Panoramax. The former took a single shot and placed it correctly (though not yet visible from #OsmAnd). The latter failed to accept the same geo-tagged photo upload.
Edit: I blame MS-Paint.
Edit2: write-up here: https://jspath55.blogspot.com/2025/05/bake-off-mapillary-and-panoramax.html
@mwl Years ago, I couldn't get traceroute to work. I discover that our IT folks block ICMP as a security risk. Knowing arguing on the facts was useless, I opted for: "Here's the thing. I can't tell if the problem is mine or yours unless I can get all the way out (of my network.) So when I have a problem at 3am, I'll be forced to call you, just to determine it's my fault." That worked like a champ. Now both ping and traceroute work. ;)
