I bought myself a coffee journal so that this year, when I try a new coffee, I can try and actually pick out flavors and analyze what I'm drinking, appreciate it. I'm not very good yet at distinguishing flavors other than roasty/dark, sweet, or fruity.. but I'm enjoying learning and I'm enjoying trying new coffees. It makes me feel even more excited when I try one and it's not as good as ours 🤣 #coffeelover

I decided a few days ago that I was going to bump up my goal of 20 books to 23 to match the year-- book 1/23 is complete! This one I picked up from our neighborhood free library because I recognized the author as one I had read before. While it wasn't a super unique plot, this particular story was well told, had a good character development, and kept my attention. 4/5-- would read again if I came back across it. #books #ReadingList #2023reading #booklover #bookworm

@Nebukadneza shipping is stupid expensive. We DO still have free US domestic shipping available with code HOLIDAY on orders of $35+, but the two times we have shipped internationally it's been upwards of $40 USD to ship bag of coffee. I don't get how something 1lb can possibly need to cost all that much!

And @micahilbery and I have had to clean the garage the entire morning so he has a place to put this roaster 🙄😝 oh well, garage needed cleaning and organizing anyways
