So what are folks using for managed DNS and maybe domain registrars these days?

Asking for an org which is currently self-hosting DNS but might want to move to a managed service at some point to reduce workload on the IT team.

No special features needed, but standard DNS records (including TLSA, CAA, and SRV(!)) must be applicable via at least a sufficiently well-working web interface.

No hyperscalers/big tech please, no blockchain.

Boosts appreciated. (Oh and I can use $searchEngine, so please only mention providers you have some experience with.)
