Annexed to it will the "Climate Action Progress Report, which is meant to contain two new first-of-a-kind assessments, the new climate policy power tools, created under the EU Climate Law #EUCL.

2) Consistency of current EU policies with the climate neutrality goal.

The more people ride instead of drive, the safer it is for EVERYONE, and the better people are able to move IN EVERY WAY, with less space taken, lower public cost, fewer crashes, lower emissions etc.
