I’ve got better things to do than write about Liquid Glass (again), and yet, here I am.

Everyone is an artist. #Comparison is the beginning of dissatisfaction. Let's inspire and #motivate each other, that's what #artists are for.
pecifically in the realm of swords and sorcery. 2/2

@marioguzman we are living in the darkest timeline 😓
I’m about to start blocking people with the opinion that Finder on macOS should be renamed to Files so that it matches iPadOS…
First of all, HOW DARE YOU say such blasphemous things?!
@bunnyhero @davewoodx 🤦is there anybody left working UI/UX at Apple that know what they are doing anymore?

I put up an HDTV rip of the *American* cut of one of my guilty pleasures, Luc Besson's first attempt at making an International Film - The Big Blue (1988), on the Archive.
US cut is shorter than original by 14 minutes, & 50 min shorter than the Director's Cut. It also adds a happy ending. Then it replaces the memorable Eric Serra score with a new one by Bill Conti, who decided to copy Serra's homework.
This cut isn't available on any physical medium in HD.

Something something integrating OpenAI into Mastodon... Tell me you don't understand something without telling me you don't understand something. My goodness...
“I’m trying to steal everyone’s shit but the law won’t let me steal everyone’s shit!”
Gods, the whining of white SV douchenozzles is fucking tedious.
Interesting article and interview with Louis and Bebe Barron about their soundtrack for #ForbiddenPlanet https://www.effectrode.com/knowledge-base/the-self-destructing-modules-behind-revolutionary-1956-soundtrack-of-forbidden-planet/

Created a new little game in the form of three business cards, for the Build a better world TTRPG jam. The rules are simple, but the game is hard. "What about... making things better?" is free: https://ranarh.itch.io/making-things-better

📣 I've just released the prototype of Arpentor Studio's 2nd game on itch.io! ✨
https://arpentor.itch.io/corpus-et-spiritus
Corpus et Spiritus is a solo deckbuilding game where you play as an alchemist looking to create the Philosopher's Stone. To reach that goal, you made a pact with a Homunculus, a magical creature. It gives you access to great powers, but at a terrible cost: your life. Get smarter than the Homunculus and break free from the pact before it sucks the life out of you!
Give it a try! 🎮
@goshki If you don’t want objects to change relative size then no, the back wall looks smaller, so any objects against it would look smaller than if you move them towards the front wall. So unless you have multiple projections (one for walls, another for objects) or do tricks like the one I suggested, there is no one projection that would work
@goshki I feel what you want is not a real perspective but a fake one. So use orthographic, but then make it so the back wall is smaller than the front wall in those rooms (eg the rooms are not rectangular, but a frustrum)
Look, found a “subversive” one 🙄
@afreytes Fucking weird times, when posting books could get people in trouble 😞
@afreytes Should not that be “especially if it’s subversive books”?
