Have you ever wanted to fix something on the map but hesitated because it seemed like an advanced computer science thing? Editing #OpenStreetMap is actually quite straightforward. We begin every biweekly #SouthBayMapNight with a quick tutorial for anyone who’s new. We usually conclude the tutorial by saying, “And now it’s live on the map for everyone to see!”

Not this edit though. We didn’t save this one. But oh, how tempting.

Join us for another South Bay Map Night tonight online, 7 to whenever. Feel free to call in from elsewhere in the – yes, fine – San Francisco Bay Area. RSVP at osmcal.org/event/3166/ or meetup.com/bay-area-openstreet
