A #FavouriteFind this year was rediscovering Britain’s largest population of Spotted Rock-rose (Tuberaria guttata) at a site on #Anglesey not recorded since 1985. Utterly thrilling to stumble across hundreds of thousands of plants. You have to survey in the morning as the flowers loose their petals at lunchtime #iamabotanist #botany #wildflowers

@patchworkbunny My husband just got about 400 books out of storage that belonged to his grandfather. We're in the process of cleaning and airing them out. Found some treasures.

@lilycarol I requested so many in my early days there I have spent years trying to get above 80% feedback ratio. I am finally at 79% (maybe, I requested some things the other day).

My #words are also in a bunch of anthologies + magazines. They’re mostly #sciencefiction and sometimes #fantasy.
I’m also a #gamedesigner and I’ve built everything from FarmVille and Mafia Wars to indie battle robots.
I live in India with my husband, two dogs, and a legion of cats.

Today's shot comes from a magical day in the Scottish #Highlands, a few years ago, when I was photographing red squirrels.

These charming characters are incredibly agile and can jump great distances between trees.

Here I managed to capture one as it appears to be flying down my lens.
