@gary_bbgames yeah it usually does it for me with a few tries. Sorry it’s not doing the trick. Only other thing I’d add is that I do try to extend my chest a bit to kind of emphasis the vacuum of the exhale in my chest. Might just be a side effect of my biology helping out though :-/

@gary_bbgames I exhale everything I can and hold and that usually gets it to stop after a couple of tries. :-/ It all sucks though. Might be some unique biological factor going on but hope it works for you too.
