Buenas tardes. Os comento. Estamos buscando a gente para la redacción de OrgulloGamers (https://orgullogamers.com/). Somos un medio chiquito sin demasiadas pretensiones y un poco la aldea gala de los #videojuegos.

Por circunstancias vitales somos cada vez menos y echamos en falta contar con más gente para hacer piña. No hay requisitos como tal, si con un artículo al mes basta y sobra, pero sí nos gustaría contar con gente que sea un poco constante y que se lo plantee para estar a largo plazo. Y que sepa escribir medio decente, claro, aunque es verdad que esto es como todo y hay que ir aprendiendo poco a poco. También toca aprender wordpress, pero no worries ni agobios, ¿eh?

Podéis ver en la web que estamos cubriendo bastante juego #indie, pero estamos abiertos a muchas otras temáticas (lanzamientos recientes, retro, emulación...).

Si es algo que os interesa medianamente, podéis preguntarme cualquier cuestión.

I have bought Baldur's Gate 3 at the end and... I'm not clicking with... its story, its world (even reading in-game books), its characters :(

I'm enjoying the combat. It seems a 1:1 conversion of the ttrpg rules, and they've put emphasis on the use of the environment.

I'm still at the beginning, but the different situations I've encountered haven't given me the feeling that they could be solved in multiple ways.

Have you played it, and do you know if it goes into more depth later on?

Today I have finally been able to sit my ass for two hours and start writting a review for a scientific journal.

It has cost my one month to been able to do that simple task—which I think it is a shame, to be honest—, but when I was writting I figure out how easy can be something when you basically do not care about the stuff itself, and just do it, instead of trying to obtain the perfect idea of how to do it.

I'm really loving how Mastodon has become a refuge for all the grizzled seafarers on the ocean of the internet. They pop up in my feed and their bios all say something like

"I've been online for longer than the internet. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. 56k modems on fire in the light of Usenet. I watched IRC forks glitter in the dark near the Gateway 3000. All those moments will be lost in slop, like tears in rain. Time to deshittify."

Para mi TFM estoy trabajando en un proyecto relacionado con la conservación de videojuegos. En concreto estoy diseñando una plataforma destinada a este fin, desde el concepto hasta un prototipo de alta fidelidad.

These days I have been feeling under the weather, I have done some extra hours on the PhD., and I have not been able to make any progress on my Twine videogame.

I read a few days ago that talking about a project is part of its progress, but at this stage I think it may feel more like an informative/descriptive monologue rather than a conversation. Do you have any advice for these situations? Thank you! 😊
