At heart I don't differ between friends in real life and friends I meet online. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that the most valuable thing a person can ever give you is their time and I've had friends in GTA Online spend hours with me to take a snap, check out the latest DLC or just hang out and take some real world weight of each others shoulder. One thing I love about online gaming is that, once you disconnect yourself from the thought that you have to know who's hand is holding the controller on the other side, it doesn't really matter, what attributes this person is wearing. Be it age, sex, location or health status, paycheck, religion and whatnot. Don't get me wrong, I do definitely take an interest in the people I play with, but I don't prioritize stuff like this. I'm nearly a day one GTA Online player (created my character on Oct 8 2013) and never left the game. Shortly after I switched to PS4 in late 2015 I started getting involved in GTA Online crews and went deep into the rabbit hole that is the GTA Online community. My main crew now is a snap, meet and party crew called Stoned Flowers (BONK) that is mostly driven by mutual support for each other and the aspirations to have a good time together. [2/4]

Can I just point out how fucking COOL the Fediverse is with all its unique instances and fun URLs? Every few days I see one I haven't seen before and go, "Wow. What a clever name!"

It's like a big convention with people wearing their own little group badges to represent some of their interests and/or identity.

@mariibyrd Yes!! "Kill your gays" kannte ich noch nicht (muss ich mal drauf achten), aber ich fand auch ganz allgemein, dass die Kontinuität in der letzten Staffel sehr stark gelitten hat. Streckenweise hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Drehbuchschreibenden einfach alle "crazy" Ideen, die sie noch so hatten, raus hauen durften :happyjoy: Dafür hat mir das Story Pacing und die Musik in der letzten Staffel am besten gefallen 😊

@tarnkappeinfo Ich finde die Klage absolut berechtigt. Manche großartige Dinge, wie GTA Online, funktionieren nur, weil es dahinter ein tragfähiges Geschäftsmodell gibt. Anbieter wie PlayerAuctions schaden diesem Modell und damit am Ende auch den Spielern. Dieses häufige Take-Two/Rockstar-Bashing bzgl. Abzocke kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Ich spiele GTA Online seit dem es online gegangen ist und habe nicht eine einzige Shark Card gekauft. Für mich passt das so :fingerguns:
