32 year ago today, "Addams Family Values" came out back in 1993. It is the last film Raúl Juliá saw released during his lifetime. He filmed his Gomez scenes while his health had already started to significantly decline. (His final theatrical film was Street Fighter (1994), which was released posthumously, and dedicated to his memory.)

The film didn't perform that well at the box office, compared to the first one, but it's been a cult favourite for decades, for good reason. Joan Cusack alone, with her "Ballerina Barbie" final speech as Debbie Jellinsky, is so iconic you can practically hear the words "M-A-L-I-B-U Barbie!" in your head every time you look at a screenshot.
