Studio Agate editions is preparing a followup for their recent RPG "Tainted Grail", based upon the the game theme from Awaken Realms.

The godchild bought a copy of #Grimcoven by #AwakenRealms. He brought it along today and I played it for the first time.
I hadn't got it myself, and hadn't really done any research into it, because I tend to not like boss battlers, and also because the one promo video I'd seen of it hadn't convinced me.
Anyway, I think it's very good. Fun, seems to have the right amount of challenge for me (not survival-style), looks cool. Mechanically, you can feel there's inspiration taken from several other games, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.
Accessibility could be better though, the dice are a step backwards from #ISSVanguard.

We played #Nemesis3 again today. After some back and forth, we were all convinced we were playing cooperatively.
The Intruders had other plans, though 😂
Our plans were close to coming apart, when the heavy gunner almost got killed. He managed to reach the surgery, having just passed a Drone, almost dead, both almost out of, and also leaking oxygen! I followed him, combat rolling into the room with the Drone, and putting my rifle to its head, killing it in a single shot. Still can't believe I got this lucky with that single shot.

Yeah, well, that's what happened in the game. I love the Nemesis'es, because they keep producing this sort of experience.
As for the end-game:
- My godkid had escaped in the emergency pod, without larva or even any contamination cards. *But* his objective had been for me to die, so 😝
- His father had died from acute Queen Bite.
- Me, I had got out in the lander, hadn't collected any new contaminations after the decontamination, also no larva. And I had achieved my objective. So I won 🥳

Bit unexpected (and it was very close in the end!), but I won the first game I've played of #NemesisRetaliation!!

My godkid and his father had visited for a game of Nemesis3.
I played The Contractor and ran ahead into the unknown base, while The Medic managed to turn on Life Support for sectors A and B. Didn't help me much, as I was in Sector C by now. And, of course, I get unlucky and encounter The Queen. 🙄 Fighting that beast feels pointless with that huge stack of health cards she has. And none of my objectives had anything to do with her in the first place.

Im Hausflur steht ein großer Karton, etwa 2.5 Kallax-Fächer hoch (ein Kallax steht daneben, Inhalt: Brettspiele, Lego Motorräder und eine Plüsch-Space-Cat.) Der Karton ist weiß, mit Awaken-Realms-Paketband umklebt. Auf einer Seite steht Nemesis Retaliation, ist aber kaum lesbar. Im Hintergrund eine Garderobe mit Hoodies und T-Shirt, sowie die Haustür.

First Mission of #ISSVanguard: Deadly Frontier today.
Game feels a bit fresh with a few changes from the base game. Not yet sure if better than Lost Fleet.
