I'm not what you might call in prime condition, I'm 68 years old & I have #HealthIssues. I am a #HeartAttack and #TripleBypass Surgery survivor back in 2018, left with a #HeartCondition.

I have #ChronicKidneyDisease coupled with a troublesome #Prostate that interferes with my #Bladder meaning I have a permanent #Catheter.
My #BloodPressure can get a little out of whack, I can also fall into #Anxiety or #Depression but not like I used to. Finally I have #Arthritis at the base of my Spine.
