My #CanberraRaiders themed Norse vs his Dwarves. It was an engrossing slug match.
Both teams were evenly matched, although those Dwarves are very hearty & difficult to injure. Hardly any passing. A lot of fumbles and trips

I’ve forgotten how much I love BB. It’s a perfect blend of tactics and randomness.
Several years ago (4? 5?) the kid's mum was away, and we wanted to do something, so we went to the Canberra Raiders (Rugby League) Club in Gungahlin.
It must have made an impression, because when I asked what they wanted to do this holidays, go to the Raiders Club was top pick.
So that's what we're doing in a week or so.
Not sure it's going to live up to the memories.
Catching up with my gaming bestie at #canberra mini comp ‘Belco3’ at the #CanberraRaiders club. Run by #canberranorthsidegamers. Cam’s a master painter and here are photos of a few of his renaissance era figures he was sporting for #warhammerfantasy . I’m not sure but it was one of the older vrs of #warhammer and it seems popular. There were also games of Bolt Action and Never Mind the Billhooks. They all looked great but I’m always a bit hesitant to take photos when folks are competing.
Something that I think hasn't been talked about enough in regards to #CanberraRaiders win this last weekend is how essential Jarrod Croker is to the team. If it wasn't for his incredible kicking game in tough conditions, we would have lost.
It's going to be a rough year as a #CanberraRaiders fan this year.
