While the majority of the model is scratchbuilt, I did squeeze in a kit engine and transmission. Visible through the wheelarches and underneath.

The wheels start with 2 different bottletops for front and rear.
Polystyrene foam was glued around them, and that was covered with epoxy putty.
The tread was strips of plasticard and putty.
More plasticard was used for the hub details.

Inspired by those cartoon-like concept car drawings with wild angles and exaggerated features.
