Bei dem bei uns derzeit komischen dämpfig-kühlen Wetter gepaart mit Post-Infekt-Stimmung kommen bei mir spannende Gefühle auf, zum Beispiel: Die Sehnsucht nach „The Breeze“, dem nahezu immer wehenden Wind im feuchtheißen Georgia.
Ich war nur 1x in den USA, das war in Atlanta, Georgia und sehr intensiv. Schade, dass man dieses Land derzeit besser nicht besucht.
Jahrzehntelang haben wir nach Westen geschaut, das scheint nun so vorbei wie JJ Cale.
(Die Lady an der Akustik-Gitarre war übrigens seine Frau, Christine Lakeland, die wohl auch bei den meisten seiner Platten mitgewirkt hatte.)
