Dites, la #teamjuriste, on est d'accord qu'un #syndic qui facture le compte du #syndicat de copropriétaires pour les honoraires de mutation (établissement de l'état daté d'un copropriétaire vendeur) et qui ensuite essaie de récupérer la créance auprès du vendeur (qui paiera peut être ou pas), c'est complètement anormal ?
Idem pour les honoraires de relance ?

A quel moment, le syndic a pu se dire "le syndicat va nous faire crédit en jouant la banque et c'est à lui de se démerder si le copropriétaire vendeur (et quittant donc le syndicat) ne recouvre pas sa dette ?"

- après que le syndic ait fait des travaux sur une de mes parties privatives sans me prévenir/contre ma volonté, pour bénéficier à mon voisin/membre du conseil syndical, sans rien dire aux 2 autres membres du conseil
- que le syndic me demande de payer 1 an après
- qu’il se justifie avec des arguments mensongers et fallacieux
- que j’ai passé bp de temps (Légifrance, dossier UFC/Que Choisir, conciliation…) à gérer le truc
- que le reste du conseil reste silencieux

I'm Liz Ellis a PPDR (1st P for perpetual) at #UHI in the #Highlands of #Scotland. My background is #Sociology and #DisabilityStudies.

C'est donc un immeuble pour hipster.

Le règlement de #copro précise que les habitants du paté de maison ont le droit d'utiliser les toilettes du rez-de-chaussé de l'immeuble voisin.
Et ne donne aucune explication sur la cause de cette règle si étrange.
Je veux une 3ème visite juste pour voir lesdites toilettes.
