It should be common klowledge to people installing heating systems but obviously its not, so in case you have a #fossilgas #heating system: The condensation water is corrosive and will eat away #copperpipe. If the water is flowing through copper pipe, check for corrosion to avoid #waterdamage. There was a big puddle on the floor... The copper pipe is gone and replaced by a plastic pipe. While I was dealing with this mess anyway, the condensation water pump was cleaned from all the "copper mud" and the wiring is now held in place with zip ties. #diy #repair #homeowners

This is the "Corno da Tirarsi en Extremis" quite a large beast that I made up from a #FrenchHorn a #BassTrombone in G, 1.5 metres of 1/2" #CopperPipe and a #Gramophone horn! It's the first #horn in a sextet of strange beasts that will hopefully get an outing before the end of year - watch this space! #BrassBand
