Can you synthesize DELEG records from plain NS record?
If so, I can, for un-signed zone, just write a DELEG middleware that intercepts the referral and makes it DELEG.

worst draft I've seen, and I have had to proof read my own #dns #deleg

the intro talks about

`contain hostnames of nameservers,`

but the keys include-server for instance talks about the domain name of the nameserver.

That is inconsistent and 'domainname of the nameserver' is I think wrong.
