~7 to 7.5 mg (0.14 to 0.15 mL; 50 mg/mL concentration) estradiol enanthate injected intramuscularly into the vastus lateralis in our right thigh using our Union Medico auto-injector 💉🩹

Right on time tonight, but had to rush, as needed to fit it in quickly whilst food was cooking. Had a bleeder, but caught it immediately. Injection was still painless and otherwise goodly :TransHeart:
