Presented as #public #platform, but the report shows a patchwork of private partnerships (#LMS, content providers, publishers) to create, what seems, at best, a "pragmatic" approach.
Gladly hearing about how #public platforms are easier to implement than private ones and they can drive both capacity and connectivity. We need public platforms for education, something we emphasized in our #T20 policy paper.
