This year I spent several months in hospital with bowel cancer patients and heard how it affects their lives, it affected me deeply.

Well #DecemBeard is officially over but they haven’t closed the page just yet. I’ve raised £200 for #BowelCancerUK. Last year’s total was just over £1,000 but I was never going to reach that.

Day 10 and still at £110. However that is over my target so not too disappointed. Hopefully I will get a little more before the end of the month but I won’t beat last year’s total which was just over £1000
