Did a few more LK runs, got a couple decent runes off random poppables. Got a Mal Rune in a basket lol. Did a bunch more Countess runs as well. Found War Traveler boots and Bladebone axe, which I didn't have already. Starting to wonder if I won't complete the rest of the holy grail run before I get a Lo rune. XD

I like Diablo II as much as every other gamer who played it when it released 25 years ago, and I also enjoyed the remaster for nostalgia's sake, but the amount of circlejerking around this game is ridiculous. https://www.reddit.com/r/Diablo/comments/1kspoly/does_diablo_2_still_hold_up_to_todays_standards/

It's old, clunky, built with mechanics made for turn-based games, missing all QoL features introduced those last 25 years, has no end-game, and grinding it is boring af... Mods like PD2 make it ok, but no, that's not the best game ever in 2025, come on.

Also got a couple things I didn't have, like a Diggler and a Lance Guard. Could have sworn a got a Diggler already, probably just Charsi'ed it.

I got bored of doing LK runs with little to show for it, so since I'm low on chipped gems, I decided to do Countess runs. Originally that included Stony Fields and etc but after doing this for a bit, I think maybe gem shrines in these places are not happening in Hell. Anyway, from Countess and environs I've gotten a Lem and a Mal rune, as well as Boneflesh and The Scalper, two uniques I didn't have already.
