• A #DickPic is only legal if sent with explicit consent obtained beforehand and whilst most 1st time offenders will likely only face a fine that isn't guaranteed and it'll certainly can result in prison sentences when combined with other felonies, repeat offenses and espechally when the recieving person is a minor.
