At the start of the new working week, my three Heartrate Variability (HRV) apps are in agreement:

'Stability' every morning for two weeks in a row - and HRV rising slowly

at the top end of 'Normal' Readiness

Playing the tuba is GOOD for me, with all of that deep-breathing and breath control, plus being able to sit down whilst performing.

Very fortunate that this is my instrument; my might have stopped me from playing so many other instruments.
