Disparities in overall police use of force are even more extreme than what has been reported in limited studies. They actually admit to it mostly.
An officer handcuffed and placed Hill facedown on the street just outside the team’s stadium. Police also handcuffed Hill’s teammate Calais Campbell, who said he was trying to “deescalate” the situation. Both men are Black.
