Reversed my gym routine today to shake things up. Started with a couple of familiar 5.9s on the auto-belay, then some bouldering as I worked my way through a couple of v2 puzzles. Then lifting metal in the weight room, which I loathe but it does seem to have a big impact on my condition and ability.

Exhausted, but feeling more mentally and emotionally in tune than when I woke up this morning.
