I keep bumping into the #Finom music duo: first I saw them on #audiotree 🌲 a month ago, skipped them for reasons, and then last week on #newsounds 🔉discovered the excellent violinist #MacieStewart, did a little research and turns out Macie Stewart is one half of Finom! 🤯

So I guess the universe is forcing me to share their #alternative #indieRock album in order to make it stop. I like the band name, since the venomous "I am fine!" almost always means the exact opposite.😅

- kein Kundensupport (muss man wohl bei allen neobanken mit rechnen)
- App und System buggy AF! Z.B. wurden Überweisungen die ich außerhalb der Bankzeiten beauftragt habe einfach (stillschweigend) nicht ausgeführt(!).
- nicht nachvollziehbare Verzögerungen bei Buchungen

So, ich habe es gefunden.
Bei #FINOM gibt es im SOLO Tarif nicht mehr 50 kostenfreie Zahlungen sondern nur noch ganze 5. Daher haben sie die Info dazu anscheinend auch so gut versteckt.
Also Achtung! In allen online Vergleichen steht derzeit noch "50" kostenlose SEPA Zahlungen. Das stimmt so nicht mehr.

Bei #FINOM hieß es bis jetzt in allen möglichen online #Bank -Vergleichen, dass im kostenlosen Tarif "Solo" 50 SEPA Zahlungen pro Monat kostenlos sind und danach 20 Cent berechnet werden.
Ich habe auf deren Website wirtklich in jeder Ecke gesucht; es gibt anscheinend keine Gebührenliste oder Angaben zu der Anzahl kostenloser Überweisungen.
Bin ich so blind oder - wenn es stimmt - ist das legal, diese Infos nicht öffentlich klar zur Verfügung zu stellen?
Ich bin irritiert.
