Some speed bumps in #FitterAtFifty (good thing I've still got 2 years).
Injured my shoulder/neck a couple months ago, working through PT for that.
Dealt with about a month of sinus infection.
And now have determined I need to give alcohol the boot. Not that this is new news, but it really doesn't help you get quality sleep! If I have a couple beers in the evening, my Garmin basically tells me in the morning that I didn't sleep.
Nothing says men's workout like canned meat.
Ralph, Pelosi, and I (CFIT), and Serena when he's not getting the old colonoscopy woot woot, generally meet Friday mornings to workout and then have breakfast together: CBH, eggs, and coffee. CBH = corned beef hash, preferably cooked to peak crispiness.
Don't do life alone!
