I kind of want a model of Flying Scotsman. I mean, I always have, even since as a kid as she was *the* engine to have, but finding a decent one for a good price is hard. Plus I think I want her in her current condition as I rather like her (controversial, I know) in BR green. Also, today is actually Flying Scotsman’s birthday. She rolled out of Doncaster works on 24th February 1923. I suggested to the cleaner looking after her today that she should throw a bit of birthday cake in the firebox for her. #FlyingScotsman
