But it's useful to to passive SIGINT re: their radio frequencies as #TETRA is basically a weird flavoured #GSM remix and thus the known direct PTT and Uplink frequencies are passively recievable and scannable with like a (pair of) #RTLSDR(s).
#NotLegalAdvice but merely detecting a transmission is not considered illegal eavesdropping in most juristictions, espechally if one doesn't crack or decode the actual comms.

Wie ungern würde ich doch auf mein in der #Handschmeicheler Siemens #S35i und das etwas größere aber immer noch funktionsfähige #S4 mit Li-ion 7,2V 1350mAh Battery Pack verzichten. Denn ohne #GSM-Netz gäbe es mit beiden so wie mit dem eCall in fast 16 Millionen allein in Deutschland nach 2018 neu zugelassene Neufahrzeuge keine Kommunikations- und Notfallmeldungen mehr :(
