Headed to a friend’s house who is making #gumbo tonight. Made some #ArtisanBread this afternoon, and harvested our #Satsumas to bring as our contribution.

Jozy loves fresh baked bread. These were made with a combo of white, rye, and einkorn flour, from a #poolish that preferment of about 14 hours.
