The usual dough in a small Japanese glass tin. Went well. One thing remains, Iโd like the crumb a bit dryer.

Tomato focaccia with tomato puree, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, Italian herbs, salt, pepper. Iโm really proud of how this one, Iโm really happy with how it came out ๐
Finally. After working to make sourdough bread for 3 months, we have a loaf I'm very happy with! Even the crumb was exactly what I had hoped to bake and eat.
I'd bet I won't have the same success with the every loaf, but I am satisfied that I finally figured out how to get to this point and savor this bread. (It is already half gone.)
