HAGERSTOWN, Md., Jan. 15. —A resident of Hagerstowan, whose identity Justice J. Scott Bower refused to reveal, ap- pealed to him yesterday with a complaint that his wife spends nearly all of her time working on cross-word puzzles and that he has not had a cooked meal

- for days.

“When I go home in the eve- ning I find my wife and neigh- bors working cross-word puz- zles,” he said, “and I have been compelled to eat canned and cold food.” He wanted to know if there is not some law to help him. He was told there is not.

We visited the C&O Canal's Cushwa Basin at Williamsport, MD and checked out the visitor center before visiting Fort Frederick State Park. We saw the end of a musket firing demonstration, listened to rangers talk, and walked through the fort.

The second brewery we stopped at yesterday was #ThickNThinBrewing in #Hagerstown, #Maryland. I got myself the Bearskin nitro stout, which was so chocolatey and smooth. Loved this one.
