What a lovely full day I’ve had today. The weather has been absolutely perfect, for me 😄, but it’s heading down to a chilly 3c tonight.
I met up with my friend for my planned walk today, it would have been around 11-12km if we’d gone all the way but my friend started to struggle nearly 4km in, so we turned around & walked back. Still it was a very credible walk of 7.8km & I think my friend did really well as she doesn’t walk as often as I do. I felt so good though & was still feeling good when we got back to the car. It might not haven’t been the case if I had got to do the whole walk though 😂. #RiverWalk #Exercise
After lunch I went down to Kmart to buy a warm blanket for under the doona on the spare bed. Then off to Bunnings for more potting mix & some garden edging. The edging isn’t for the garden, it’s for the bottom of the shared fence to block the gap & stop my neighbour from sending anymore than water under fence when he’s hosing his back area. Looking at the edging though, I think it will be perfect for the narrow garden bed I want to build down the side of my unit & easy to put together. I just need some good rains to soften the ground. I’ve been looking for something like this for ages long time - winning.

Good morning tooters. It’s around 10-11c this morning but will end up at a lovely sunny & clear 24c. We need some rain, I will need water the garden again today.
I slept in again today, I’m very glad the daylight savings finishes this weekend. Hope everyone is well this #Friday morning. I seem to still have hay-fever after being in the garden for a while again yesterday. I was sneezing as I went to bed last night & the first thing I did when I woke was to sneeze. I feel fine, it’s just my eyes & nose. Annoying more than anything 🤧 🤧 😁. I need to get a new attachment for my hose as it has sprung a leak right up near the nozzle end. I also need to unwind the whole hose as there’s a dribble down than end as well. A job for this afternoon. I will also be buying pjs for my other 2 grandkids now that I have the sizes. Even the 13yr old is happy for me to choose pjs for her. First up today though is a Les Mills Thrive class, get my lungs working, then I’m off out for a hour or so.

Good morning tooters. It’s nearly 18c today & we’re dropping below 30c today to a warm 29c. It’s going to be a little overcast today & there could be a little rain.
I was supposed to take my granddaughter to school today as my daughter has her car in for a repair, but that’s changed. I took her yesterday, today she wants her grandpa to take her instead. Makes it easier on me anyway & grandpa lives closer.
Today is packing up & going home day, so I’ll be busy for most of it. Washing bedding, dusting vacuuming & making sure I don’t leave anything behind. That’ll be my exercise for the day 😃.
