Eugene voted to update its camping ordinance on May 24, increasing punishments for people caught illegally camping twice in a month. Heather Quaas-Annsa of Community Supported Shelters said, "Punitive measures really don't make sense to a population that is inherently struggling financially."

Office of the Deputy Mayor of Health and Human Services are cops,,, lol we found out today one of DMHHS's shitbird "Encampment Outreach Navigators" Raymon Neuroth (aka Patrick Star), who usually comes to enforce evictions, wasn't there to evict the Fort Reno folks this morning because he just quit his job and moved back home LITERALLY TO JOIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT 🐽🐽🐽
