Ride of Steel at @SFDarienLake is an Intamin hypercoaster that premiered at the park in 1999 as Superman - Ride of Steel.

The coaster is the most popular ride at the park, but was involved in a well-publicized lawsuit when a man was thrown from the car only a few months after the ride opened, sustaining serious injuries.

Desperado is an Arrow Dynamics hypercoaster that operated at Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino in Primm Nevada from 1994 to 2020. The coaster is currently SBNO as #Covid shut the hotel down in early 2020.

There has to be a way to save this one, right? Can we start a Go Fund Me to move this ride somewhere?

I do find it really weird that we’re getting *another* #WoodenCoaster, tho. This will be our 7th #coaster, THREE of them being wooden. :sadness:

Just give us a #gigacoaster, man. We have 1 #hypercoaster and even it isn’t original, and is widely considered a bottom-tier hypercoaster. There’s 2 other parks with basically the same coaster, and ours is the worst of the 3 :blobcatsad:

Also it’s 25 years old :oof: Literally half the age of #WoF, seeing as this year is its 50th Anniversary Season

17. Phantoms Revenge - @kenny_kangaroo

I don't know if you should give #ArrowDynamics more credit for one of their best designed hyper coasters ever, or Morgan Rides more credit for improving the coaster in 2001. Either way, Phantoms Revenge is one of the best roller coasters to come out of the 1990s. It's still a fan favorite for park visitors.
