Well, back in the Yorkshire area after dropping out of uni and nursing. Trying to take things slowly so I don’t burn myself out but woke up exhausted this morning, managed a few small chores then ended up spending most of the night lying on bed doom scrolling because I didn’t even have the attention span to read… When my GP reg goes through need to refer to IAPT and hope they can help me with ‘prolonged grief’.
