Overview Warrick County is situated just east of Evansville within the southwestern portion of the State of Indiana, along the Ohio River slightly downstream from Owensboro, Kentucky. Today, the City of Boonville serves as the county seat; however, additional communities include, but are not limited to, Newburgh, Lynnville, Elberfeld, and Chandler. Only one point of interest may be attractive to outsiders—the Newburgh Museum—and even then, probably only to the immediate surroundings.

Overview Tell City is the county seat of Perry County in Southwest Indiana, largely defined by the observance of the Central Time Zone throughout the county. Since the area is generally connected to the media market of Evansville to the west, cultural indicators often determine the political position of the area as firmly in Central Time. versation comes around to where I'm from, as it does in under-
ground languages, in the oblique way it does to find out someone's
status without actually asking, and knowing this, I say I'm Metis
like it’s an apology and he says, ‘mmh,’ like he forgives me, like
he’s got a big heart and mine's pumping diluted blood and his voice
has sounded well-fed up till this point, but now it goes thin like
he’s across the room taking another look and when he returns he’s
got ‘this look,’ that says he’s leather and I'm naughahyde.
