But what about how the #CJEU will (eventually) interpret it? #loveGDPR #inadequacy

Wow! Bulgarian Data Protection Authority: ‘Theft or attempted theft in the conditions of a "minor case" under the Criminal Code cannot be a reason of important public interest within the meaning of the #GDPR to turn customers of a store into '#walking_barcodes’.’ #FacialRecognition https://cpdp.bg/%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b8%d1%89%d0%b5-%d0%bd%d0%b0-%d0%ba%d0%b7%d0%bb%d0%b4-%d0%be%d1%82%d0%bd%d0%be%d1%81%d0%bd%d0%be-%d0%b8%d0%b7%d0%bf%d0%be%d0%bb%d0%b7%d0%b2%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b5-2/
Meanwhile, last UK government was going full-speed to faciliate live facial recognition across the country's supermarkets. What next? #inadequacy

I say the governing inadequacy because the US government is presently not only unfit to govern a country - they are unfit to take beneficial decisive action on behalf of any living organism.

We are so great in 2024 in ghosting, avoiding, mocking and insulting utopia.
We are inadequate at initiating heaven and utopia. We are great at warfare, out-group hate, segregating with war and nation-state lines, failing to communicate past the Genesis 11:1 lines
A quotation from Nietzsche
There is something laughable about the sight of authors who enjoy the rustling folds of long and involved sentences: they are trying to cover up their feet.
[Man hat Etwas zum Lachen, diese Schriftsteller zu sehen, welche die faltigen Gewänder der Periode um sich rauschen machen: sie wollen so ihre Füsse verdecken.]

What they say: "Just do the best you can."
What we hear: "Anything less than perfect performance is inadequate."
For people (like me) who get stuck and overwhelmed because of anxiety and fear about not being "good enough," and who are perfectionists, "the best I can do" is perfection.
So the well-meaning person who is just trying to help me get unstuck and moving forward has instead provided external validation of my belief that anything less than perfection is not worth doing. Which is why I was stuck in the first place.
A more useful phrase would be something like, "Whatever you do will be ok."
This goes for self-support as well (which is how I discovered it this morning).
