The event brought together experts from #research and #education networks to discuss network technologies, community initiatives, and innovative infrastructure for science and education.

Has anyone thought of starting a fee service to help set up a Mastodon account for someone or a group of people, and some intro to operation and functions? I believe there is a market given the fascist state of oligarch disinfo spyware chasing off sane people? Could offer to create instances for large orgs too. Advertising the service would boost the profile of the fediverse as an option.
