#13 scraps of the black printed issue paper are used for an abstract composition on the double page with a square pice at the left bottom corner. A curved white line and star embroidery makes a connection to the right page. Inside the curved line red slwo stitching in zigtag and stars. Right: The black paper filles the whole page with wavy colums, the inbetween filled with some zigzag, crosses and a fan in mint and beige.

#14 Again a double page of the mint-green printed fern-like leaves and some beige hammer print og plants. At the left can be seen the back side of the beige fan stitching, on the right side blue stitches like an abstract double cross. The words 'Ose rever': dare to dream!

#15 The last page is a collage of a double cross of silk threads in a red- and blue mixture (the stitches backside are on '14). The fibre crosses connect 2 columns of the black printed paper. The right is the cover cardboard covered with black tissue paper. Printed in white and yellow with maize cobs.

#9 abstract collage. Left: grey krafft paper with a snake of silk yarns, in all red and some blue shades. It's covered by a beige net (scap of an old dress), fixed with grey stitches. Right: blue krafft paper with a real maple leaf. The main leaf veins are covered with a line of the silk threads, fixed with finest black paper yarn.

#10 Again a double page with these fern-like leaves, printed in mint green, with some black drawing and intuitive stitching in black and yellow. The printed words 'AWE' and 'curiosity'.

#11: The pages on blue krafft paper are very different. Left: a white acrylic paint surface in which a corn cob and words for corn in different languages are engraved. Yellow stitches and applied bright red glass beads (for the corn) enhance the forms. Right: Abstract collage with black tissue paper, white painted paper and paper lace made with an old book page. Some yellow embroidery. All colours are mainly yellow, some green and red, beside white and black. The words: 'natural wonders' and 'fais voler tes reves' (let your dreams fly).

#12 Another double page with the fern-like leaves printing. This has slow stitching in yellow and red, mainly coming from the back sides.

#8 A double page with scribble effects. It's made with hammer prints of plants. A green fineliner and intuitive stitching in red and green enhances some of the plants' borders or intuitive lines. The printed words: 'le chaos' (the chaos) and 'c'est la vivacité' (means liveliness).

#7 Left: Collage of a coloured drawing of rosehips and a real beech leave. It's borders are marked with red stitches. Green slow stitching connects the rosehips with the leaf. Right: drawing ot red berries (hawthorn?), combined with a scrap of metallic-red lace and intuitive stitching in red. Some thick paper yarn lines in bright green. These are plants growing neer the maize.

1/5 A new art book is ready. I don't know why I craft them nor how to explain what I do. It's an intuitive way of working with colours, textures, mixed media and collage, for seeing, touching, and more. A very #meditative work.

This one was the attempt to find something beautiful in our maize #monocultures that I detest.

Een bloem (Canna) die ik vond, inspireerde me raakte door de mooie kleur rood en vorm. Mijn dochter inspireerde me om er groen en zwart bij te gebruiken. Kleuren die ikzelf eigenlijk nooit gebruik. Goed om uit mijn kleurencomfortzone te stappen! 🤍🖌
