I grew up with only three TV channels. On Saturdays, BBC1 broadcast sport from lunchtime thro’ till teatime. On BBC2 there were Saturday matinées. They would have seasons, e.g. of westerns or musicals. I loved them. #NelsonEddie & #JeanetteMacDonald starred in many films. My take on a vintage advertising style. Intricate gold metallic borders accented with pale and paler roses surround a portrait of an elegant woman with a guileless expression on her face.
