Excited! I will be on the @devoxx stage twice in Antwerp in October! Together with @rdehuyss, we will demo hands-on #JobRunr with #JavaOnRaspberryPi. The second one is even more special as Vik, my 14-year-old son will co-present and compete with #VirtualThreads to prove who is the best piano player, (young) man versus machine! @javahippie did use https://github.com/lukas-krecan/ShedLock in one project, in another we just started a separate instance that had only the purpose of executing that kind of jobs. Both worked. I was sceptical about #Jobrunr, too. But after spending a few hours with the inventor, I would try it out. As far as I understood, persisting lambdas into storage isn't necessary but possible,
