[18:34] Julius uit Benin woont in een sociale huurwoning in IJhorst. Hij heeft geen gas en geen stroom en kookt op een open vuur (gelukkig niet meer in zijn huis)

Hulpdiensten rukten vrijdagavond uit naar een huis aan de Bakkerslaan in IJhorst. Een man kookte op een open vuur in zijn huis en buren dachten dat het huis in brand stond, zo was het verhaal. Die persoon blijkt Julius (31) te zijn. De asielzoeker met een status komt uit Benin. Omdat hij sinds november is afgesloten van stroom en gas, kookt hij op een open vuur en is het in zijn huis 3 graden.
