‘The Post’s unlawful action against Ms. Attiah must, moreover, be viewed in the context of the intimidation campaign President Trump and his Administration have waged to silence those who criticize him ….’

Grateful for @karenattiah’s decision to take her ex-employer to court.

While fighting for Kimmel, please don't forget others who've been punished for speaking truth to power. Karen Attiah was fired from The Washington Post for her posts on Bluesky.

I cancelled my WaPo subscription last year, but for those who still subscribe, why? You could spend your media dollars elsewhere!

We’ve already seen this government force the suppression of voices it doesn’t like.

Now Red Don and his minions are imposing prior restraint on the #press.

We’re about 2 minutes away from a reich-wing crackdown on all opposing voices, the disappearing of resistance figures, and the forcible re-education of dissenters.

All with the collaboration of those in the #law and in #media who may once have been able to put a halt to this #fascist blitzkrieg.

Now it’s up to the rest of us to #rise: #Protest. #Vote. #Resist.

“But we're in a situation now where criticizing the president or criticizing whoever they've appointed as the King will destroy your career, will threaten your airwave license. Like, “We will sue you into oblivion. We will destroy you.” I mean, **this is not cancel culture. This is annihilation culture**.“
