y'know? I didn't expect a perfect user experience when buying a #magicleapone a while back, but that is probably will be just a fancy brick in a bit and the "secret code" prompt already ruins using the thing because the authentication servers or whatever don't respond anymore and it reauthenticates...

if only the AR browser would continue to work it would be useful enough until the root certificates run out... but no, need to sell new devices to companies.

A quick web search didn't come up with anything about work-arounds or custom ROMs for the thing, so that sucks.
