Got a new #modem which I had to #connect to the phone #app (I downloaded the app in advance). I did family member's phone and my #laptop #manually until I realized that I had to connect to additional devices via the #QRCode in the app. It did recognize the second phone. The laptop had problems, which I had to connect to support for. That took me an #hour to fix and to get onto my phone app.
